Maroon Tutor Match is a program that provides affordable one-on-one tutoring for local K-12 students. When parents request a tutor for their children, a form with the child’s grades, subject of interest, availability, etc. is filled out; similarly, any interested tutors must fill out a form with subjects they can teach and availability. TechTeam created two Python programs that would parse these form responses and automate the matching process between students and tutors.
